It's dangerous and hazardous. They do not plow in the winter. It's a miserable place to live during the winter in Syracuse. If you complain they will blame the guy they hired and say they won't renew his contact; but year after year they bring him back. The maintenance has asked the owner Mark for a plow but he says they cause to much damage. If your window is broken expect at least 2 months till they fix it, but they will give you nice piece of plastic to tape on your window. They however are very efficient at one thing, collecting rent. Their only real priority! Brenda the manager does her best but Mark lives in Rochester and seems nice but really only cares about squeezing every dime of profit first, tenants quality of life is in reality a very low priority. Brenda really was making a difference but Mark pulled her for another of his acquisitions and now she is only part time as the place rots. Just terrible!!!!!!!!!!
