Love the Infrared Sauna. It's a great place to relax and unwind. All the programs keep me healthy. Tammy is very knowledgeable.
We go there once a week for the Infrared Sauna. Whether it's to detox or reduce inflammation...it works! The prices are very affordable, the saunas are comfortable and Tammy, the owner, is very nice. She can get you moving in the right direction to better health!
