I have had many pets in my life. I have moved a lot and been to many different animal hospitals. My pets are important to me and I feel like these vets are very well informed and I like that they offer all of my options to help me decide what I need to do to take care of my animals. I'm not treated like a number and neither are my pets. I recommend them to anyone I know with pets.

Just recently I had to switch vets because my current vet shortened their hour dramatically so I started calling around. After about 15 calls I tried Liverpool Animal Health Center. They were the most polite and genuinely happy on the phone. They had the hours I needed plus Saturdays. I booked an appt. for the next morning (which was a Saturday) and when i arrived the waiting room was large and very animal friendly. We filled out some forms and were seen right away. The vet was super! Friendly and very informative!

I am a former employee and there is no doubt in my mind that they are the best veterinary hospital/boarding facility in central new york. They are the whole package, with a great atmosphere and a caring and personable group of individuals. Dr. Clegg has been a master at running the facility, and while the former co-owner Dr. Hazel is greatly missed, he has proven that his dedication and prowess as a veterinarian can work wonders. Dr. Marla Lender is a wonderful and caring individual, who is great with animals of all kinds...from pocket pets and the un-furry exotics and wildlife to the typical small animals like dogs/cats. Dr. Hutt is wonderful veterinarian as well, and his charm and skills go a long way when you and your pet are in need, whether it ranges from surgery to illness to general health.
