Founded in 1991, Canton Village is a full-service restaurant, specializing in Cantonese and Szechwan style Chinese cuisine. Based in Livermore, Calif., the restaurant offers a diverse menu of appetizers, soups, seafood, vegetables, beef, pork and chicken dishes. It serves Mongolian beef, chow mein, broccoli beef, cashew chicken, walnut prawns, egg rolls, fried prawns, Szechuan beef, crab rangoon and fried rice. In addition, Canton Village offers roast duck, shrimp chow mein, fried wontons and fried garlic chicken wings.
