      Very small operation. 100-unit outside self-storage. Adjacent to a retirement community, so it's convenient for them. It's not limited to them though. They have around 40 temperature-controlled units as well. Varying sizes of units (5' x 5' all the way to 12' x 20') Affordable, competitive pricing for the local area. Units are all fenced and gated for security reasons. Also well-lit and paved for convenience. 24/7 availability.
