So thankful for J&W Auto. Mr. Jeff and the staff truly care about my business and want me to be safe on the road. I am so glad that my dad sent me to J&W years ago. I had tried a couple of other local shops and it just wasn't working. My dad said "take it to Jeff at J&W and he will get you fixed up." So I did, and I've been a customer ever since! From oil changes to brake issues and everything in between, these guys take care of me. I never feel that I've been over-charged and they also accommodate my busy work schedule. In these days, there's a lot to be said about honesty and integrity. I feel that those are two virtues J&W stands for, and I wanted to take time to share my great experience with them. Jeff and his crew at J&W Auto Repair were amazing! We were in Live Oak for a funeral, having traveled from St. Petersburg. Our Hummer was towed into his shop at 3:45pm yesterday, Wednesday, afternoon. All the signs pointed to a transmission problem, and we thought we would have to rent a car to get back home. The nereby rental car place closing at 5pm. Jeff and his awesome crew got right to work on it and diagnosed the problem as a catalytic converter, he kept me apprised every step of the way, even working past their closing time to get it done. He had parts on hand and even took the Hummer on a test run to make sure it would be ok for the 240+ mile ride home. I can't thank Jeff and all his great staff enough!!!. We arrived back home last night, safe and sound!
