Reviews
NEVER hire these people. They ripped out my old stove in September, and it is December 14, and I still have a hole in my wall, over three months later. We have ranted and yelled (something we hardly ever do--this has been extraordinarily upsetting), and still they tell us they are too "booked" to finish the job. Their business practices are deplorable. They don't return calls, they give incorrect information about the steps that need to be taken. I feel as a customer that I have been abused by this business. I will spread the word in any way that I possibly can.

Just AWEFUL - I will never call on this company again. Terrible service, sloppy work, and left a dirty mess behind too. Called them back to fix the problem that they caused on their first visit, and they said they would need to charge me more just to come back to fix the issue - plain rude and no customer service.

Bought a stove from guys. I had problems that related to the installation. They told me that I had to deal with the installer even though they were the ones who provided me the installer. From my POV, these guys subcontracted out the install and they are the ones who should be handling the problems. I shouldn't have to track down the subcontractor.
