I have been going here since moving to Colorado 5 years ago. All the tecs are good. I can walk in and be helped immediately. The place is clean and friendly. There is usually a coupon you can find in the weekly mailings.

Went for a full set, looks ok, already starting to come up, its been less than a week, tech cut two of my fingers & they are infected. Got a pedicure, she rubbed my heels raw, and somehow cut my foot, hardly can walk on it, it hurts so bad & probably is infected since they don't clean their utensils. Will not go back there!!!

I have been to several nail salons in the area and absolutely prefer Ooo La La to the rest of them. Mai and her staff are extremely professional. They make each customers feel special and important. If there is a problem after a pedicure and/or nails are appointment, they will readily fix the problem with a smile. The cost is more reasonable than most other salons in the area and making an appointment isn't necessary, but highly recommended. The atmosphere is relaxing, calm, tranquil, and very clean...despite what other reviewers have stated. I highly recommend you give Ooo La La a try...you won't be disappointed.

Awful! Went in for a pedicure and it was very rushed. After inspecting the polish job, she didn't even polish my toe nails completely, she had to redo it. I could've given myself a pedicure they way they did it! Also got an eyebrow wax and she butchered that too. Will NEVER go back!

I finally had time for a set of nails and a pedi- went in quite happy. I had cool water in the pedicure, the tech was glum, the massage was incredibly brief, and the attitude was not conducive to relaxation. I felt pushed, hurried, and when I tried to explain the shape I wanted, (twice) they were downright hostile, and they still didnt get it right.The tech was so unhappy, so uncommunicative, her only words being (towards the end of my manicure) "I can't wait for this day to be over!". I left agitated, $80 poorer, and had a lousy set of nails that were thick, and lifted quite quickly. Would never recommend this place.

Very nice, Mai does such a good job. My nails last longer than I can believe. Everyone is friendly. I thought they did a good job of sanitizing everything. Ask for Mai, she is the best!

NEVER AGAIN! They messed up all my nails and had to redo them twice. To top it all off I got an infection from them. Do not go there.

Won't go again. The cuticle clippers were not cleaned between customers. Nice atmosphere, but the sanitary part will keep me from returning.

This is a friendly place BUT nothing gets sterilized between customers. They RE-USE parafin to liquify it, and then it's put in a bag around your feet. UGH!!! Completely UNSANITARY. Instruments are NOT sterilized between customers, espcially nail clippers & cuticle clippers. Very very unsafe.

I love this place!! They do a great job and they are worth the price!
