      Slooooow. -And don't bother making appt

      Look, I get it. It's a busy place with lots of $9 employees, but that's no excuse for three hour waits because they have 3/5 bays open. Discount used to be better. Why do they allow you to make an appointment, if they don't honor it (and they don't, ask them) when you arrive. I used to love Discount, now I say Big-O had far better service
