Get a zero rating on this review page. - This place sucks!! If I could find someone to communicate with, I'd let 'em know it's legal to have more than one phone. An hour and a half trying to get through. Nothing but busy signals. Pathetic! I would have bet serious money noplace was worse than the USPS.Wrong!

Will update review pending outcome today. Got a call from UPS that I had a package at the Fouche Dam Pike location. Caller never responded when I asked if delivery had been attempted ... the address he gave me is non-existent on my street. I asked that delivery be made to MY address and he said shipper would have to change it.WHY didn't UPS call BOSE (shipper) instead of me or enter it on the shipping manifest that BOSE can track for a correction?Not happy with BOSE or UPS.

I cannot rate your service. I am an elderly lady and depend on your services for delivery. My packages are never delivered to my door, they are left at the manager's office in my apartment complex. Notice is not on my door. If I did not have internet and be able to track, I would not know where the package is. This has been happening in this complex for years. Other tenants are also upset. We pay freight charges to be delivered to door not to manager's office. Please check your driver who delivers to Calais Apartments, 500 Napa Valley Dr., Little Rock, Arkansas 72211and ask him to be a little more courteous. Mary Mauldin

I wish I could give less than one star. This is by far the poorest customer service I've ever seen. My package was shipped from my hospital to my house on a Wednesday to arrive on Thursday (6 miles). It was delayed because of weather- yes, this a terrible cirucmstance that no one can help and I do not fault UPS for this. So I follow the tracking to this hub in Little Rock. The folks working the counter said my package is there but I would have to do a "will call" to pick it up; otherwise it will be at my home on Monday. Let me back up, my package is medication that I MUST take every day. So, I go home and sign up for My Choice, do a will call, and loandbehold, it will be available to be picked up on Monday. The gentleman working the customer service desk told me my medication was there, I just would not be able to take it. There is no way to directly conact the people, just a never ending transferring of calls to no where. Good luck. I hope this testimony helps improve this business.

I have 4 packages sitting in the parking lot that they are too lazy to send to Harrison for delivery. They claim delays are weather related. But there has not been any bad weather. Only if sunshine and 45 degree temperatures are bad weather.

Horrible service lost my package for several day in Little Rock then transferred it to the post office they in turn lost it for to more days will never ship with them again

UPS is terrible. I had a package that supposed to be delivered but never did even though their phone checking system kept on saying so. I then called to complain and request to hold the package but when I got to the store the next business day to pick up, the clerk told me it was on the truck. This is such a simple thing but company just cannot do it right.
