Today, each fresh ham is prepared with Mr. Hoenselarr’s 20-step method using only the highest quality ingredients. In addition to the legendary ham, the company offers an expanded selection of meal options to fill niches of the workday lunch, easy dinners, and gifting and catering opportunities.
