Dr. Bryant is genuinely caring and professional with a balanced view of psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Her approach is positive and practical so that anyone can learn how to help themselves and achieve balance in their own lives. She may not always tell you what you want to hear (just to appease you), but she also won't feed you a bunch of meaningless "psychobabble." For me, therapy with Dr. Bryant was not always easy, but it has made a positive and lasting difference in my life.
