I was just in this store to get some wine. I went to the cooler and searched the boxes for the wine that I wanted, but did not see it. I went to ask the clerk if he had the particular wine that I wanted and he said "I'll have to go get it", or something to that effect. When he got to the front desk with the wine, he said "You didn't see this?". I just looked at him in dismay and said that obviously I did not see the wine, and I said I was sorry he had to go get it for me. I was put off and taken aback by this comment. The clerk should have just gotten the wine and processed the sale. That is what he is there to do. I was a long time customer, but I doubt that I will be back. There are too many other liquor stores in the area that are more respectful to customers.
