It provides commercial loan and administration services for institutional, agency and commercial mortgage-backed securities. It also provides construction loans and commercial real estate advisory and transaction support services for investors, lenders and commercial mortgage-backed security issuers. It operates the Midland Government Services group that provides loan servicing and asset management solutions for the United States government agencies. Midland Loan Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of The PNC Financial Services Group. Headquartered in Overland Park, Kan., it operates offices in Little Rock, Ark.; Bethesda, Md.; Arlington, Texas; and Atlanta.
