I purchased the groupon for laser hair removal a couple months ago. I was a little skeptical at first about the service not working, but the results are absolutely amazing!!! I have zero underarm hair! Lol! Not only am I completely in love and addicted to the laser, just going in there is a treat! The staff is so warm and sincere, I feel like I've known these people forever! They really do everything in their power to ensure I have a great visit. I encourage everyone to experience this spa! Beautiful Spa. I have enjoyed many phenomenal facials and massages here along with a few airbrush tans that had me looking like I spent the week in Bora Bora!

First, as the owner of the spa, let me start by saying that I have never even employed a teenager at my spa. The young lady working the daycare (in her late 20's) is quite qualified and has been in the child care industry for over 8 years. As far as getting burned by a wax treatment, we set our wax pots to the temperature specified by the cosmetology board and have "never" burned anyone to my knowledge. My estheticians have over 5 years experience each and quite frankly their clients absolutely rave about them. If this is indeed a legitimate complaint and not my competitor, then please, please call the spa to speak with me, Molly. It is "very" important to me that my clients are satisfied, I will do everything in my power to rectify this situation.
