Established in 1973 as ProStaff, FirstStaff operated from 2007 as a merger between two Arkansas-based staffing companies, SkillSpan Staffing and The Staffing Factor. The locally owned staffing company provides services to meet the employment needs of both businesses and job seekers. It offers a wide array of services, including flexible solutions, screen-to-hire, direct hire, payrolling, on-site management, HR consulting, dashboard reporting and performance tracking. In addition, the company provides recruiting strategies, quality screening/checks, customized testing, retention tools, workers compensation management and safety awareness.
