Established in 1929, Dunbar Middle School is a part of the Little Rock School District and is located in Little Rock, Ariz. It works in association with various education partners, including the National Dunbar Alumni Association, August House Publishers and the Men of Dunbar. The school has an annual enrollment of more than 800 students in grades six through eight. It has a parent-teacher-student association that provides support and assistance to the school by organizing various fundraising events and activities. The school has a counseling department that communicates with parents, teachers and administrators regarding student issues and needs. Dunbar Middle School offers classes in social studies, math, special education, reading, writing, foreign languages, science, health, art and physical education.
