I have been seeing Dr. Perser for over 10 years and he has come through for me on several occasions. He is a doctor that cares. He sincerely listens to you when you have a medical problem. There were times when I thought, well this is it, I’m going home. Then I visit with Dr. Perser and TOGETHER we figure out what is going on and find a solution TOGETHER as a team.
