• Kitchen Remodeling

We prefer to utilize Custom Millwork, CDI’s custom commercial architectural millwork division and specialists in medical casework. From concept and design through production and installation, a cohesive team effort will keep your project on time and within budget while offering superior quality. Using the latest computer-aided drafting technology, our talented craftsmen will build to your exact specifications and capture the artistic creativity and architectural expression on anything from a simple countertop to an expansive entry, lobby or reception area.
• Flooring
  This 13-story 300,000 SF facility allows the UAMS Cancer Institute to treat more patients and host innovative research into new treatments. WPRCI was designed to reflect the ambiance of a Four Star hotel with amenities such as a walk-in indoor solarium planting area with radiant heated flooring and indoor planters, a grand monumental open staircase with glass handrails, terrazzo flooring, an open-air atrium of slate tile in a Versailles pattern, and an open air wedge atrium from the 3rd to the 10th floor. The function of the open air spaces promotes healthy lifestyles as well as offers an environment for social interaction.
• Door Installation/Replacement
  CCI services include custom feature wall build-outs, toilet/fitting room partitions, door installation, running trim/decorative feature millwork, and painting of millwork.
• Drywalls
• Framing
  DCI services include exterior structural metal stud framing, interior metal stud framing, installation of exterior sheathing and interior gypsum board, and installation of acoustical ceilings, as well as tape float and paint.

Construction

• New Construction

• Demolition
  CDI-Hunt Robinson Joint Venture managed this major renovation, expansion and addition that included demolition of the interior down to the brick shell of the 76-year-old performing arts facility. Renovations included a new 2,600-seat proscenium theater and balcony, orchestra pit, back-of-house areas, dressing rooms, loading dock, and restored Art Deco lobby and exterior façade. The new addition on the north and west sides of the existing building includes a 15,000 SF exhibition hall, conference facilities, meeting rooms, offices, and associated service and utility functions.
