While the dealership and all of the people there were very helpful and friendly and got me a great deal on financing, beware of the hidden things. I'll explain: I had been searching for a specific limited production model of car that is relatively difficult to find in this area. I had initially found one at BMW of Little Rock and test drove it but it had roof damage that consisted of a deep gash with rust, and also a cracked windshield. BMW of LR told me that they received the car as a trade-in and intended to send the car to auction, and did not plan to repair the car. Fast forward 2 months and I find another car nearly identical at Bill Fitts but it had no damage. With my slight knowledge of bodywork I looked the car over and couldn't tell if any recent bodywork had been done. They provided me an "autocheck" report that did not indicate it had been on another dealerships lot, been auctioned recently, or had bodywork. I liked the car and felt comfortable buying it, also got it for about $4000 under retail. A few days later I opened the glove box to find paperwork from BMW of LR indicating the car had been on their lot at the time I had test driven the "other" car. I immediately called Fitts Auto and explained the situation and advised them that I wanted to know who had done the bodywork and how the repairs were done. They said they would look into it and call me back but never returned any calls. Here we are 2 years later and the paint is peeling off the roof of my car and the shoddy bondo work is showing through. I got an estimate to repair the shoddy body work and it's going to cost me over $1700. In the words of the body shop that looked at my car "They really boogered it up".



Long story short, Bill Fitts buys damaged cars, slaps shoddy body work on them and turns them for a profit all while making themselves appear to be a high-quality used car dealership. Buyer beware.

I do not have the words to describe how wonderful and kind the Bill Fitts family are with their customers. I personally had the pleasure of having daughter Jennifer as my sales person. Jennifer went above and beyond the scope of being an excellent salesperson. She is kind, intelligent, caring and patient. It took me approximately six weeks to get my financing and Jennifer waited patiently and provided needed information immediately. I thank the entire Bill Fitts family for their excellent morals, kindness and providing an atmosphere of feeling at home in their showroom and their presence. I highly advise anyone looking for a car to visit this wonderful business.Jane Lescalleet

Problem with bill fitts is that they are very nice when it comes to the actual purchase and even during the warranty if you decide to purchase it. I purchased it and thank god I did. My car broke down about 5 times within first six months. Always the same problem and bill fitts always told me it was fixed. They also told me they would extend my warranty for the month and a half that it was in shop during warranty. Not only do I still have same problem plus more but my warranty was never extended. Now Ive had about a year and shop tells me I need to spend 3500 to rebuild transmission. Don't make the same mistake as I did.
