The Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care is a nonprofit corporation that has physicians and representatives from various hospitals and health care providers across the state of Arkansas to improve health care services in Arkansas. It provides in-depth quality evaluation and improvement programs for Medicare and Medicaid and offers a variety of data management services to the public and private sectors. It offers various programs, including health care quality improvement and hospital payment monitoring programs. Its health care quality improvement program implemented more than 50 health care quality improvement projects in hospitals, clinics and physicians offices. It aims to promote excellence in health care through evaluation and education. The Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care is located in Fort Smith, Ark.
