Worst place for medical equipment needs. Customer service is terrible. Employees assume they know what your insurance will pay before checking. Delivers wrong supplies.

I am very disappointed in alliance homecare equipment. They never return my calls, on one day i made 4 calls and was told they would call back. they never did. Last November 3014 i was to get a new mask and head gear for my Cpap. well it is now fib. 13, 2015 and I still do not have my mask. I have not been able to use my Cpap for over a week now.

They took great care of my mom getting her a scooter. Came back a few times to make adjustments. Was very pleased with their customer service and would use them again!

Terrible customer service!! Will not return calls, do not follow-up on attempts to place order. I work in the medical field and would never recommend them.

Just got a loaner for my C-Pap Machine there, which mine is still under warranty for two years, started to connect it to water chamber realized it had tobacco or snuff juice and dirty filters ( white and grey form filters) plus it didn't fit, I immediately return it and complain was told they do clean them when returned, this is terrible and nasty, I'd hate to inhale this air deep in my lungs knowing people using these machines could have any kinds of sickness and diseases. I was given a supposedly new one. The young lady came to my home to fit me for it didn't thoroughly train me to use it, just found out what the little white filters for. She seems to be in a hurry.
