Since that day of opening and the beginning of a budding business, Designs By Shelly has grown to have one of the largest delivery areas in the Up State NY Region. We are a full service Floral Store with an array of home dcor and gift ideas. We provide service to surrounding funeral homes, businesses and health facilities.
