I'm unable to do the only thing I've tried, a simple monthly transfer.CAN'T be done at the bank ! Phone help in Utica was unable to get it to work also. Bottom line is the bank can't do the simplest thing. After over one month and hours of screwing around I give up. I'm closing the account and moving across the street. I am very very disappointed. I wish there was some way for me to charge you for all the wasted time and effort. The person I was trying to send to is now charged a $30 late fee. I don't expect you to pay it. But you certainly should. Come to think of it, I don't expect ANYTHING from this bank.
