The casket is not present but an urn can be present. The family is encouraged to supply photographs celebrating the life of the loved one. This can be as highly a personalized experience as any traditional funeral service.A cremation service is also provided by Gaita Memorial Home. There are many ways to incorporate a cremation into the funeral process. A cremation can be the final disposition following a traditional ceremony. It can occur before or after a memorial service and of course, there is the direct cremation which is carried out without any type of ceremony at all.
