My mother in law had a new hot water heater and baseboard put in by Blaze Plumbing almost 10 years ago. It turns out they used sub-standard flexible hoses that were not up to code for the returns, and nearly all the return line fittings are leaking. In addition, they cut corners running all the lines to the new heater behind the dishwasher, making it nearly impossible to install a standard-depth dishwasher. I called Blaze Plumbing about the situation to give them an opportunity to get involved. All I got from the woman that returned my call was the warranty on their jobs is only one year, and then an insincere comment that she was sorry we were not happy with the job. As a final comment, the plumber hired to correct the situation said they have been called in to correct a number of jobs and installs that were originally done by Blaze.
