I used this drycleaner for the first time this month. I took a red linen tablecloth to be washed and ironed and a wool blanket to be drycleaned. The tablecloth was brand new, purchased from Williams Sonoma. I pointed out a few food stains on the cloth and also on the blanket and they were marked. Upon picking up the items, I decided to check for quality of work, as this was my first use of this cleaner. The tablecloth still had stains on it, as did the blanket. The red color seemed a bit duller. In additon to seeing marks from the press, there with lighter colored streaks several places. When I expressed my displeasure and dissatisfaction, I was basically blown off by the young clerk. I asked to speak to an owner and a woman proceeded to tell me I had brought the tablecloth in, with the streaks and it wasn't their fault. Contact the manufacturer! I stood my ground; they called in the husband. Customer satisfaction are not words used in their business. BEWARE!
