Extremely incompetent dental office ! They initially lost my crown , did not bother to call tell me so. When the crown was finally placed , Dr. Mosely filed down the tooth under the crown to compensate for the fact that the crown was much to long. Then when it was finally placed,it was crooked, food got stuck under it and I had to go to another dentist, ( an absolutely wonderful one by the way, Dr. Khalil Cumberbatch, DDS) , to have the crown removed and replaced). Please do not seek care at this dental office.

VERY SAD TO SAY I HAD ONE OF THE MOST IRRITABLE VISITS FROM THIS OFFICE. STAFF IS VERY UNORGANIZED AND I HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 40 MINUTES BECAUSE SOMEONE FORGOT TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT. THE REACTION FROM THEM WAS EITHER I WAS LYING OR IT'S FOR ANOTHER DAY.. I HAD TO GO TO MY CAR AND GET THE APPOINTMENT CARD THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. SINCE THE OTHER LADY( PATIENT) GOT TO THE OFFICE FIRST I HAD TO WAIT OVER 40 MINUTES WITHOUT A SORRY, WON'T disappoint NEXT VIST OR TAKE A FEW DOLLARS OFF MY CHARGE DUE TO MY INCONVIENCE.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICES FROM OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS DUE TO HE WAS CLOSE TO MY JOB. AFTER WAITING ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO BE SEEN WHEN I FINALLY GET IN THE CHAIR SHE IS NOT SURE OF WHAT TYPE OF CLEANING I NEED ( BUT SHE WENT TO SCHOOL FOR THIS)? I OVER HEARD HER ASKING ONE OF THE LADIES IN THE FRONT WHAT DID THEY THINK SHE NEEDS. FROM THERE I SHOULD HAVE LEFT HIS OFFICE THE HYGIENTS NAME IS KIMBERLY LAND BUT SHE TALKED ME INTO STAYING AND LET'S JUST SAY I WASTED 75 MINUTES OF MY TIME. SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME ALL SHE HAS WORKED IN THE PAST OR CHILDREN SO THIS IS ALL NEW TO HER SEEING ADULTS. LET'S JUST SAY I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK ONE LAST THING SHE TOLD THE FEE WAS GOING TO BE X AMOUNT WHEN I AM CHECKING OUT THEY GIVEA LARGER BIL
