Ordered from this location and the customer service here is horrible. They could not get my order correct for nothing. Spoke with the owner and she as well has customer service issues. If you call during open hours they do not answer. Never order from this location, they will upset you!

This is the second time this location has dropped the ball on delivering my purchase item to the place I requested when ordering. This location is very unorganized and can't do something as simple as give customers updates on their order. When I called the store ten times the location didn't answer the phone and when they did I was on hold for over 14 minutes. I will never spend a penny of my money at this location again. When someone places an order they expect your company to hold their end of the bargain and not put someone on hold forever have real updates, and have the gift in the hands of the person when the time promised. I would like someone from corp to speak with me in regards to this matter. I am not at all happy with this purchase and the locations actions.
