My mother lived here after my father passed. The place is well-maintained. All of the people are over 62 so that's nice that she had neighbors that were here equal. It is situated right near everything. Residents have free parking and the marta bus comes right to the door and so does Marta Mobility bus. One really cool thing is that it is right near the Lou Walker Senior Center which is the most innovative and awesome senior activity center you could wish for. Walmart, Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Dekalb Medical at Hillandale Hospital are all just within a minute or two. The apartments are a nice size inside..some people get Meals on Wheels delivered others cook for themselves. It has keycard access so it was a nice quiet and secure place. My mom scaled down from her big house and brought her favorite furniture, TV and stereo and she was snug as a bug and made new friends. This place has its own community center where they hold events and health screenings. It was a God-send for us. Perfect
