I joined ilovekickboxing for a trial in New York with my best friend, and after one class, I was hooked! After I came home to Lithia, FL, I searched for the closest one, and there it was in my neighborhood about a mile away! I joined 4 months ago, and in that time, I have lost more than 20 pounds- just in time for my upcoming 40th birthday! As a physician and a runner, I was looking for something I could do that would be good for cross-training and I found it at ILoveKickboxing. Since starting classes a year ago, I have increased my strength and flexibility for running and have also learned some awesome kickboxing skills! I've been going to Sidekicks Martial Arts - Lithia with my kids for the past 10 months. For the fist 8 months I sat in the waiting area, did homework with one child while the other was in class and fielded emails and phone calls from work while my kids took Amazing TKD classes designed for their specific age /stage of development!
