I've used them twice. I received good service at a reasonable price both times. They are quite busy, with a large backlog of work, so plan accordingly.

This what I went through with this guy- My suggestion is to find another service center even if you have to drive another hour or ship your unit. -I called the business prior to dropping off my unit. -I was told they they will be going on vac so the sooner I get the unit to them the sooner I will be in the queue. I said I would run up but it may take me 5-10 mins longer than their hours to get their. I was told I better hurry, not we will wait -He looked at the unit and said "oh not one of these" This will be 4-5 weeks and not the $150-200 I was told on the phone, but $250-300 -Called in 4 weeks- Rude response- I don't know when I will get to -Called in 6 weeks- "Buddy I am swamped" -Called in 8 weeks- "I dont know when I will get too" I asked his commit since he told me 4 weeks orig and he said he cant commit -Called in 10 weeks- "I will take a quick look at it" "It will be at least $500" I asked if I could have my $20 deposit back and he said "are you kidding buddy" AVOID!
