Treatments can happen inside or outside of the office, wherever anxiety is happening! Home visits are available as well. Parent training in CBT/Exposure therapy is a vitally important part of the treatment of kids/teens, and parental involvement is encouraged. Treatments can be designed to be intensive as well, meaning that individuals attend sessions multiple days per week under the guidance of our specialists in order to obtain progress and symptom relief more quickly
