Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a replacement window. It took 5 months for someone to come measure the window. Another 3 months for the window to be delivered and then when it was opened it was measured wrong. Complained to the manager and the window sales guy who promised they would be out in a couple of days. I'm still waiting at the end of the week. This is a terrible place to do business. I should have gone somewhere else.
