i had the unfortunate experience of being referred to JP Joyce by all people, PSEG, as a preferred installer of natural gas, back in May of 2013, it took PSEG till November to install and December 2013 for Joyce Plumbing to work. The installation of burner went fine, but for some reason, they failed to connect fireplace line.It took a dozen phonecalls, 3 missed appointments, and finally the Better Business Bureau to get action. After 2 months of waiting, the fireplace line was installed.They had been fully paid as of December, but found excuse after excuse not to finish the job.It took BBB, calls to PSEG, and witholding of payment to finally get there attention.They have failed to followup with the Town to finalize pressure tests. They have failed to show up for 2 town inspections, and without that, I cannot get final CO, even as of this date. My advice is :Buyer beware.Very unprofessional, very typical plumber story. If I ran my business like they did, I would be out of business.
