All involved were friendly, approachable and did a very good job and efficiently! Fire in basement from hot water heater. Black every where, before Gary (with the big smile) and friendly crew arrived and removed damaged walls and ceiling. Then cleaned all that was involved.........my basement never looked better. Except for no walls or ceiling, of course! :)

I could not believe the before and after of my carpets. My wife was coming home from a rehab facility and i wanted to have the house in spic and span condition. Flag made that possible and I am very grateful. Their equipment is leading edge and their workers 1st class in every way. John P Feltman.
