I had my pool patio done by Espj. One block cement became loose due to water that may have been trapped beneath and turned into ice during the winter months. This may have been happened due by an improper sealing process. After speaking with the general manager, he indicated that it was a simple process of re-cementing the block. We agreed verbally that there would be no charge for re-cementing the block, but there would be additional costs for any future problems. After a few more calls and a few more weeks, the general manger came to take a look and wanted to charge me approximately $60 for the job. When I mentioned the verbal agreement, he claims to not have any recollections at all. Needless to say, I feel that he did not honor his word. When I declined his offer, he thanked me and left. This company comes highly recommended for their services and while they did do a good job, I feel that the followup is sorely lacking.
