The sales people are not friendly at.all. I bought a piece of trim for my wife's belly dancer costume. It was fine when I cut it and brought it to the desk. The lady who waited on me was waiting on someone else at the cutting table. She came over to check me out . Ispent 78.00. I noticed that she threw one of the beads in the bag. When I got home, there was a whole section of beads missing right in the middle. I brought it back the next day and the lady gave me a real hard time. She said I should have inspected it before I cut.it. Well, I did, but the lady who waited on me threw a bead in the bag. It must have broken when she put it in the bag. The piece was not in the bag or I would have sewn it together. The salelady said that her help is pretty good , they don't make mistakes. She was argueing with me. The beaded piece cost 10.00 a yard. She finally gave me another yard but was so very rude What an attitude. They should not deal with the public.

If you are looking for trims, it's a great buy. I search for trims all over and they do have the best prices. The fabrics are adverge prices.The customer service? There is none. You have to cut the fabric and trim by yourself. They don't greet you when you walk in. They don't even acknowledge you.Definitely, go there for the trims.
