I've been a patient for many years and was treated absolutely horrendously during my last visit. They broke my designer frames and did not apologize, in fact, they blamed me by telling me I should have brought a new pair of frames rather than re-using my favorite frames. Their customer service methods are awful. If you want to be disrespected and treated poorly, this is the place for you. I recommend going anywhere else than this terrible place.
