Dirty! Bad Work! Rip-off! I came in for a pedicure because my usual nail salon was really busy and I'd have a really long wait. Tracy Nails was dirty (no soap AT ALL in bathrooms) and flies flying everywhere. There was a dismal variety of polishes and I'm 100% convinced they put inferior cheap polish in an OPI bottle. I've used OPI for years, and this polish was in an OPI bottle but was NOT OPI. The pedicure itself was terrible - she put zero effort in exfoliating my feet, made no effort to clean up the cuticles, and the polish job was horrendous. Then she hovered over me with her hand out to be paid and said "$25!". I was confused since the signs clearly stated $20 for a pedicure and she told me that "Fridays are $25!". What a total rip off! My nails looked so bad that I ended up taking off the polish (it was not the color stated on the bottle!) and the polish was all over my toes. The only reason I gave them one star is because there was no wait (for my crappy pedicure!)
