That is the most unprofessional , unethical place I've ever seen. They mistreat their employees, overwork the ones they have,a lot of profanity, discrimination, and customer service is definately not a priority!!!! The place needs to be shut down, I'm very surprised it's still operating.As a customer or employee, I advise you to patronize another place before having any dealings with Road One in Lincoln Park!! It operated like a zoo. Between the cursing, slamming down of telephones, screaming due to the phones ringing and heavy emails, employees crying for being overwhelmed and stressed, it's never ever any drama not going on. Strictly a hostile environment. The manager constantly going to take 50 cigarette breaks because she's stressed along with the other managers that fly in often to do nothing. pathetic.....
