I just took my first class with American Mixed Martial Arts this week and I am so happy I've switched gyms. Everyone knows what theyre talking about and actually push you to get results.

Best gym downriver. I do the boxing and brazilian jiujitsu 3x a week. If your looking for a place to train for mma, this is your spot.

I have 2 boys a 11yr old and a 6 yr old, they are now blue and purple belts, after a few years of classes. My husband and I are very proud of our boys and happy with the classes they have taken. The instructors are great, they not only teach the classes but have special activities for the kids at christmas, halloween, and a kick a thon for St. Jude's Research where the kids get to have some fun. Our kids have more disipline, respect, and have learned so much in the classes.
