- Kitchen RemodelingReynolds Design and Remodeling currently works with Dura Supreme to provide cabinetry that fulfills our customers’ desire for personalized design choices and outstanding quality of construction. For most homeowners, designing a new kitchen is a once-in-a-lifetime endeavor and it involves one of the most important areas of your home. We recognize the magnitude of that decision and we are honored to be entrusted with your kitchen project.
- Bathroom RemodelingReynolds believes that working with designers with extensive knowledge of the remodeling process is the best way to ensure that you receive the best possible design for your space. Because of that, our designers have both graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the Interior Design program at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. The program at UNK specialized in kitchen and bathroom design and was accredited by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). However, our designers’ education does not stop there; they have continued their education by partnering with the NKBA to complete design certification courses as well as completing continuing education programs to ensure that they are constantly expanding their knowledge of the design field.
- FlooringAfter reviewing all the design options, we will note your preferences and create a final design based upon your input. At this meeting we will also begin helping you with material selections. These selections include items such as cabinetry door style and color, backsplash and countertop materials, as well as flooring, hardware, paint colors, etc. We will guide you and coordinate all the parts and pieces so you don’t have to worry about making a “wrong” choice.

- Drywalls“The drywall men were miracle workers! We were very pleased to see how tidy all the workers were and how hard they worked. The carpenter work was beautiful!”
- Tile Installation
- Hardwood Floor RefinishingIn general, yes, we try to keep our remodeling projects as short as possible, so we try to have someone working on your home every day. There are times during every remodeling project that a lot of progress is made and other times where very little progress is apparent. During the drywall or floor refinishing stages, for example, a coat of mud or a coat of varnish may be applied in the morning and then nothing else happens for the rest of the day. The same may happen for several days in a row.

- InsulationUnforeseen conditions can surface in any home. Examples include concealed asbestos insulation, deficient building structure or substandard wiring. If an unexpected situation arises, you will be notified as soon as possible. Any related costs will be priced for your approval prior to proceeding. Often times it is best to proceed on a time and material basis so that the flow of work and schedule of the job is not delayed. Keep in mind that any change to the work description can have an impact on the original time schedule of your project.
