This is a horrible company. Communication is the worst. Trash and yard waste have not been picked up numerous times. My cans are constantly being left in my driveway. I run a daycare and this blocks in my parents as they are trying to leave. I have had to replace a garbage can because a parent ran into it in the drive way. Someone who works in the office somehow knew my husband and called him at work to apologize. The complaints weren't coming from my husband they were coming from me. He also got in trouble at work for them calling his work with a personal matter. Completely unprofessional!

Terrible communication. I have once a week service and was told I could put my trash out either on Tuesday on Friday but only once a week. That has worked for 14 years until the last 2 weeks. I called and asked why my garbage had not been picked up the last 2 weeks (I had set it out on Friday). I was told my pick up day was Tuesday. The person I talked to was nice but I should of been refunded 2 weeks of service. When I mentioned this nothing was said. This is not customer service.

Poor communication on pick up days during holidays. Customer service rep was very rude on the phone. Since switching from Palmer and Sons, we have never been happier. Our new refuse service provider communicates schedule changes via mail and email and never has missed a pick up. I would not recommend this company.
