What a WONDERFUL doctor! I went to the ER w/ chest pain & he came into the room & actually SAT DOWN & LOOKED ME IN THE EYES & told me what tests they were going to do to figure what what was causing my pain. He didn't rush his words & walk out the door like most doctors, he took the time to "talk" to me & really listen to what I was saying. While the tests were being processed, Dr. Coughlin checked on me several times to see how I was doing. Once the tests came back, he came back in & told me the results...problems w/ my gallbladder. He explained what the gallbladder was & what it does, but he "dumbed" the info down for me to actually understand everything (didn't use the big, long medical words that most people don't understand, like myself). He made sure I could *at least* deal with the pain & referred me to another doctor for surgery. Dr. Coughlin is a wonderful doctor!
