No call after the roof & repair job was accepted & not given a start date & inside work until day before. Not told how long job would take, I made a guess. Little to to no communication from Them. Questions go unanswered. Feel ignored. I would not recommend or use them again.

A Better Way roofing was referred to me by my insurance agent for a new roof after the hailstorm in north Lincoln (summer of 2010) . My agent had had ABW replace a roof of his, but I asked for three companies to shop, so he supplied names of two other contractors he was familiar with, and I also contacted one additional company neighbors recommended. ABW won hands down due to two things: the owner, Sue McCullum came and actually made a professional presentation and went over options, with samples and suggestions. And, she noticed our venting problem and suggested a cure. Both of these things were more than the others did combined. The job is done and is top notch, with no hassles. She was middle ground on her price (all were fairly close), but using her brain, and being professional and comprehensive in her presentation and follow-up is what got her the job. I would definitely recommend.

They did a superb job on my roof! The crew was professional and paid close attention to detail. Cleanup was great also!

I was very satisfied with the job they did on re-roofing our home. They were very fast, efficient, and cleaned up very good after their work. I would definately refer them to others, and they were very friendly and informative with their expertise.
