Despite my having paid for caramel and gold highlights for YEARS, today I was glared at by a cold brittle haired redhead (a manager?)who was so unbelievably mean to me and told my hair is just "too dark" to highlight. Twenty-five years plus of getting my hair highlighted, no problem. My hair has always been dark. A bottle blonde (not my stylist, a total stranger-another gawker just freaking standing there to apparently glare at me) stood directly in front of me glaring AT ME as well. I was treated like DIRT!!!! I will NEVER go there. The Corporate Office, was rude to me also. You would think a paying customer could get decent highlights. Worst place EVER!!! They do NOT know what their doing, don't know how to be nice and refuse to highlight dark haired woman. Not good. They ruined my day.

Like the class size and student/instructor ratio. Love Mon-Fri! Like having multiple instructors available as each offers their own hints with techniques. And love you can start your education when its good for you with new classes each month. What other career offers such great hand on training! And Mrs. Baker is awesome!

I absolutely love coming to school at Joseph's. I enjoy the instructors and the school setting. Its a fun, relaxed, and clean learning environment. I'm getting a well, rounded education here! =)
