amazing customer service!!!

Customer service is beyond poor. Between myself and my three daughters and five granddaughters, we spend thousands in this store a year. My daughter just went in to EXCHANGE, the four pair of shoes she bought my granddaughter for school, for another size, and the 18 year old, rude "manager" on duty, refused to even let her exchange them for the exact same shoes, in a different size, because she forgot the receipt at home. They were still in the famous footwear sack, still in the box, with tags attached. But he said that he didn't know if she got some of them at half price, and she might bring them back the next day for full price. She asked if he was calling her a thief, and he said, I don't know you, so I don't know what you might do. All of this in front of her 8 year old daughter. Her husband found the receipt and brought it to her, we will never go in that store again.
