I would not recommend this company . This company has very shady business practices . He hired illegal workers & paid them very low wages . He was fined once for not paying his employees overtime . They were here illegally so they couldn't report him. But someone finally did report him for having the biggest share of his work force illegals , and he paid a 6 figure fine for doing so . I doubt if he has changed his business practices . He is greedy and cares nothing about his employees . So , I would not recommend this company . I would look for a cleaning company that has honest business values . And employs Honest American Citizens .

Carpets were clean & dried in a reasonable time.

My experience with Cleanmax was better than I could have imagined. The owner was very honest about what he could and could not help me with and delivered--carpets yes, oriental rug, no (note: never try to self-clean them with soap and water!!). My kids feel less stuffy with the carpets free of dust. I will use them again.

I was really happy with Cleanmax. I discovered extensive mold/water damage in my basement--and I am deathly allergic! The owner came out himself to take a look BEFORE giving me an estimate or scheduling an appointment. Major points!! I have had bad experiences with cleaners quoting $X amount for one room and a hallway, and then--guess what!--as soon as they arrive, the room is bigger than they thought and it's now twice as much?? I was very pleased with the job--the basement is clean and I never got sick. I will be calling them again.

Formerly Lincoln Janitorial Service and CarpetCare, recently merged into one powerhouse called CleanMax. Same jovial owner who's been at it for 30 years and knows his stuff. Quality service and non-creepy employees (big deal for me) in my hometown of the big L; they do both commercial janitorial and home carpet cleaning and always manage to know how to get the stains out--blood, beer, doggie do-do. Even more important, they do the steam clean--not just the chemical dry stuff that leaves your house smelling like a dry clean-mat. Would recommend to anyone.
