Awful customer return policy! Bought my mother-in-law a printer.....long story short ...she already purchased one. Went to return it and had to take in store credit! 15 day return policy is NOT OK! Was lucky to get in-store credit since it was past the 15 days! That in-store credit will be the last purchase I will ever make at Best Buy....awful! If that's the only way to make sure you get the money back your wrong! Future purchase can and will be made at another comparable store ....your not the only store to purchase these items! Horrible customer service, overpriced services (price match? give me a break), and general lack of professionalism. Granted some of the employees there are knowledgeable when they're not ignoring you or lying to your face about how long it will take to do something, but that hardly makes up for the long waits, the entire Geek Squad, and the bad business practices. Save your money, shop online and not at Best Buy.
